 Custom-Made 3D Printed Items

All of our 3D printed products are custom-made to order, produced individually based on your chosen design, file, or specifications.

Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

This is in line with UK law under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(b)), which excludes custom or personalised goods from standard refund rights.

 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or is clearly defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

Please note:
Small surface imperfections or layer lines are normal characteristics of 3D printing and not considered faults.

 Non-Custom Items

If you purchase a non-custom (ready-made) product, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 Processing Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We will confirm by email once your refund has been processed.
